SSC Constable (GD) Result 2026 – Merit List & Cut-off Declared

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially declared the SSC Constable (GD) Result 2026 on 12 October 2026. The result is for the Computer Based Examination (CBE) conducted from 27 April to 30 May 2026 for recruitment of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), Secretariat Security Force (SSF), and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles.

A total of 25,487 tentative vacancies were notified. Candidates who appeared in the CBE can now check their result status by searching their Roll Number in the official merit list PDFs published by SSC.

SSC has released the shortlisted candidates list in four separate PDF files. Candidates must search their Roll Number in all four lists. Use Ctrl + F (PC) or Find in Page (Mobile PDF Reader) to search quickly.

The minimum qualifying marks prescribed in the official notification for the Computer Based Examination are as follows. Note that these are only the basic qualifying standards — the actual shortlisting cut-offs for PET/PST will be higher and will depend on normalized scores, category, gender, state/UT, and available vacancies.

1. Go to the Important Links section on this page and click on any Merit List PDF link.

2. The official SSC result PDF will open — it may be large in size.

3. Press Ctrl + F (on PC/laptop) to open the search box.

4. On mobile, tap the three-dot menu in your PDF reader and select Find in Page or Search.

5. Type your Roll Number and press Enter.

6. If your Roll Number is found, you are shortlisted for PET/PST.

7. Download and save the PDF for future reference.

8. Check the Cut-off Notice PDF for category-wise and area-wise cut-off details.

Candidates shortlisted in the CBE will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). The shortlisting will be done state-wise and area-wise at approximately 8 times the number of vacancies, separately for male and female candidates and each category.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Requirements:

PET/PST কোৱালিফাইং প্ৰকৃতিৰ। ইয়াত উত্তীৰ্ণ হোৱা প্ৰাৰ্থীসকলক Detailed Medical Examination (DME) আৰু Document Verification (DV) ৰ বাবে মাতিব পাৰে। এই পৰ্যায়ত প্ৰায় পদৰ সংখ্যাৰ ২ গুণ প্ৰাৰ্থীক চৰ্টলিষ্ট কৰা হ'ব। চূড়ান্ত নিযুক্তি CBE মেৰিট, বাহিনীৰ পছন্দ আৰু পদৰ উপলব্ধতাৰ ওপৰত নিৰ্ভৰ কৰিব।
