SSUHS ANM Entrance Examination (ANMEE) 2026

Candidates should:

• Be an Indian citizen.

• Be a permanent resident of Assam for admission to Government institutes, subject to the applicable rules.

• Have passed Class 12 / HS (10+2) or equivalent from a recognised board.

• Meet the prescribed age requirement.

• Only female candidates are eligible for this ANM admission.

17 to 35 years as on 31 December 2026.

For Anganwadi Workers, ASHA Workers and Trained Dais, the upper age limit is relaxed up to 42 years, subject to the prescribed conditions.

The entrance examination will be an OMR-based written examination.

The questions are based on the Class 10 level syllabus. There is no negative marking. The question paper will be available in English and Assamese.

Exam Centres: Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Silchar, Tezpur and Dhubri.

The reference information notes that the 2026-27 fee should be checked in the official application portal/notification. Previous-year figures should not be presented as the confirmed 2026 fee.

2. Register with your required details.

3. Log in and complete the ANM application form.

4. Enter personal and educational information carefully.

5. Upload the required photograph, signature and documents.

6. Pay the applicable examination fee.

7. Submit the application.

8. Download and keep the submitted form/application details for future reference.

The official SSUHS portal currently provides a dedicated ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery) application option.
