SCERT Assam has released the notification for Pre-Entry Test (PET) 2026 for admission into the 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) Course 2026-2028. Eligible HS passed candidates from Assam can apply online from 21 May to 10 June 2026 at scertpet.co.in.

📋 Step-by-Step Process

Visit the official SCERT PET portal: https://scertpet.co.in
Click on "NEW REGISTRATION" button
Fill the Registration Form with your name, date of birth, and valid mobile number
An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number — enter the OTP to verify
Click "Go to Login Page" and login using your Registered Phone Number and Date of Birth
Click on "Proceed to Complete Application Form"
Fill in all required personal and educational details in the Application Form
Click "SUBMIT & NEXT"
Upload required documents one by one (in JPG/JPEG/PDF format):
- Recent passport-size photograph (max 100 KB)
- Signature on white paper with black/dark blue ink (max 100 KB)
- Age proof (HSLC Admit Card/Certificate) (max 450 KB)
- HS Marksheet and Pass Certificate (max 450 KB)
- Caste Certificate if applicable (max 450 KB)
- PwD Certificate if applicable (max 450 KB)
- EWS Certificate if applicable (max 450 KB)
After uploading all documents, click "SUBMIT & PREVIEW FORM"
Carefully check all details on the Preview Page and click "CONFIRM & PROCEED"
Pay the application fee of ₹600 via online mode (Net Banking/UPI/Debit/Credit Card)
After successful payment, download and save the Acknowledgement Slip
Keep mobile number unchanged until entire admission process is complete
